Amber's Graduation Shoot

Amber is graduating college in a little bit. We had a fun time shooting around campus over the weekend. Here are a few of the hundreds of pics we took. The sun was bright and beautiful, but the shadows were intense, so for most of these pictures I used a fill-in flash.

Prescription Drug Abuse in N. Central FL

I've been working on this in-depth piece for the TV station. I was the reporter, producer and photographer for this one. There was not a lot of video I could use, so I had to resort to creative photography.

People

Melissa and John... I got to hang out with Candace and Kim and take pictures of them in honor of the graduation from UF. It was fun! Here are a few pictures from the shoot. Unfortunately, we didn't ahve great weather, so the lighting could have been better.

BCS National Championship Game!

The Gators are champions again! Oh how sweet it is. I was lucky enough to have been able to cover the 2008 BCS Championship Game in South Florida betwen the Florida Gators and the Oklahoma Sooners. I was working for WUFT-TV Sports, so I wasn't there as a still photographer. Nonetheless, I toted my camera with my smallest lens, the 50mm f./1.8. I was able to snap a few. By the way, in case you live in a bubble, the Gators won 24 to 14.
